Ocean pollution
Ocean pollution is putting unnatural things into the ocean that can kill or harm the living organisms inside the ocean. Fortunately, we have become aware of this terrible thing that we are doing and are learning from our mistakes. Non-point source pollution is pollution that comes from many sources, no just one. Most ocean pollution is non-point source, but there are some that are point source pollution. Point source pollution is pollution that comes from a specific thing, not many. Trash dumping and sledge dumping are a major part of ocean pollution. People will dump there sledge and trash in to the ocean to get rid of it. The effects of this is animals thinking that trash is there prey and accidentally consuming and choking. Oil spills is another big effect in the ocean pollution. Oil spills can occur when the oil rigs or ships in the ocean have a lean or wreck. Many plants and animals die because of the deadly oils all over them and in the water around them. Today we can prevent oil spills by using better technology and better oil tanks to prevent from leaking. Pollution is very bad for the ocean and its creatures and we really need to stop this terrible and deadly habit.
